Cancellation Policy

We understand that things change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing and changes cannot be guaranteed.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Returns requested within this window will be accepted — no hard feelings. Please note that any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@nurvate.com, and include a clear photo of the damage.

We’ll review your case and determine if a free replacement is appropriate.
Please note: minor shipping box damage does not qualify as a damaged item. We do not replace or refund items that are damaged from misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to ship promptly and reliably, Nurvate is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For issues with lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items lost in transit due to shipping carrier errors.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you made a mistake, you must contact us within 24 hours at hello@nurvate.com.
If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified in time, we cannot offer a resend or refund.

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Processing means your order is being prepared and packed. Once handed off to the shipping carrier, it will be marked as “dispatched” and you'll receive tracking information.

During peak periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping time refers to how long your package takes to arrive after dispatch. Delivery speed depends on your location. Here are the general estimates:

If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll email you to confirm. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we may cancel the order to avoid delivery problems.


Delayed Deliveries

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, but delays may occur due to:

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at hello@nurvate.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

We recommend also contacting the courier to file a claim. While Nurvate is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll work with you and the shipping provider to find a resolution — and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
