Returns, disputes and Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. That’s why, every order is backed by our Money back Guarantee.

To start a return or dispute - All returns & disputes MUST be emailed to hello@nurvate.com within 10 days after receiving product.

Nurvate offers a quicker dispute solution and will appreciate it a lot if you provide:

a. Photos and videos of the damaged/incorrect or nonfunctioning items and its original packaging. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged or not working, please upload the video by email.

b. Items will need to be returned to Nurvate location if asked to do so, within 30 days from request. Orders should be in original packaging with all components present and accessories and instructions present.

c. Missing Orders- Nurvate will not refund or resend if the shipment tracking information shows order has delivered by carrier to customer.

d. Missing items – Nurvate has strict quality processes in place prior to products being dispatched. Nurvate will only refund or replace if the product is incorrect size or proven does not function as per (a). Note- product color or packaging color/type may change, but this does not affect the function of the product and Nurvate will not refund for such.

e. Order processing normally happens same day to three days. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed.

f. Change of Mind returns – Orders be returned within 5 days of receipt. Orders should be in original packaging with all components present and accessories and instructions present. Used and open product will not be refunded.

Filter Lifespan

Each filter lasts about 2 weeks.

We highly recommend replacing sooner if it becomes discolored, clogged and or as the airflow starts to reduce.

Shipping and Delivery

Order processing normally happens same day to three days.

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed.

You’ll receive and tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch.
