At Nurvate, we’re dedicated to helping you breathe cleaner and sleep healthier. Every product we design is created to make CPAP hygiene simple, safe, and effective. We’re confident you’ll love the difference — but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every Nurvate product with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
We recommend using your product for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits.

If, after 14 days of consistent use, you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout to help us locate your order quickly.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure every Nurvate product reaches you in perfect condition.
An item is considered damaged only if it arrives defective or physically broken — not if the packaging (such as a dented box) shows cosmetic wear during shipping.

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Send a clear photo of the item and the damage to hello@nurvate.com.

Once verified, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by normal wear, improper use, or mishandling.


Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted international couriers to ensure your order arrives promptly.
However, Nurvate cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or external shipping factors.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact the courier directly for updates using the tracking information provided.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you enter an incorrect address and fail to notify us within 24 hours, we are unable to resend or refund the order once it has shipped.
